oh no...I haven't written for so long!!! Aah...but that doesn't mean nothing's been happening in my life..actually lots have...getting really really busy, with hall stuff, outside stuff, inside stuff, getting freaking scared about not being able to mug, realising how really sad it is to be a Med student.. everyone else in hall actually has so much more time for fun!! *pout*

It's been a 21st birthday party overload, with Marvin's last last Fri, Gen's last Fri, Sanjeev's and Huren's last Sat, Jinxi's and Sharm's coming up this Fri and Sat!! They just keep coming..nooooo y r we all 21 one after another! haha...i totally forsee my meagre life-savings being wiped out on bdae prezzies.. Shall hopefully update on Marvin's and Huez's parties soon..yup gotta put up Marvin's pics..his was held at a bar in the chinese swimming club, and I really was impressed with that place..it was so pretty..we were at the portion of the bar that dangled out over the pools below! How fun! haha.. JK had one glass too many to drink, and it got really funny..we even had a wine appreciation class *gargle* *puui*. ;)

Haiz, lotsa meetings in hall too..things are picking up..just last last week we had our longest meeting ever from 10.30pm till 2.45am!! I was dying! i don't stay up late!! But lately I have.. just can't get to sleep.. :( That's when it's nice to sit in bed and write in my real diary..more personal stuff, which you can't read :p .. and ponder..I am gonna get over this..I really am, by this week!! It's too self-destructive and it makes me act stupid. :( Aww.. poor poor silly li'l mo!!

Do you want fame? Well, fame costs! And right here is where you start paying..

Hall play was over the weekend..all the late nights and rehearsing is finally over.. but being part of a production is always real fun..but it would have been more fun as part of the cast lah..the cast always develops a real close bond after working together for so long.. and the cast of this play were damn hyper, fun people...most of the fun happened offstage..as cliched as that sounds.. :) like raoul and montogomery trying to act gay backstage while their mikes were on.. and lots of spontaneously hilarious stuff.. The play was alright as a whole..thought there was room for improvement.. there were a few cock-ups on opening night with regards to GOH and stuff, but I thought the energy level was higher on opening night.. Raoul stole the show by far..but couldn't say the same for the second night. Here's some of the pics from Fame.

It's Hall Play tradition to hold an auction right after it's over to auction off all the props and costumes used during the play.. so last night after the play at 10 plus all the way till 2am, that's what happened, along with a pretty good supper really.. Shazad and Fareez were hosting the auction and the two of them put together are absolutely hilarious! Of the things auctioned off were the PA school sign...tt's enormous, but Nadia got that for $4, and Nathan's ass and hair (yes..they're famous man) which got a bid of 6 bucks from Eugene..oooooh! I think I paid the highest..$9.12 for Joshua's blown up pic..haiz.. what to do...our president..must buy for him right..haha.. anyways he got my pic for me too..but I think my pic looks really bad!!! yikes..and the pic and frame is SO big I have no idea where I could possibly store it, let alone put it up..it's defaced by the way.. Shazad was having loadsa fun putting on all the female costumes! Wait till I get my hands on pics. ;)

21st birthdays are rolling in with all the Jan babies standing in line..and I was just thinking about where I might want to hold my 21st.. and I think if I threw a party..these would be my dream locations in Singapore...not that many to choose form to begin with..haha..come n vote..which do you think looks the prettiest!! Yea..i've always had this thing for a garden party in the midst of lush rolling hills and fields...i personally think the closest you could get to that here would be a golf course.. or the typical formal sort of party by the beach complete with white tents and roses and sand and sunsets and salt-laden breezes..u get the pic.. and I'm totally sick of the whole just sitting down to dinner thing..i dunno..mayb I'll throw a tea party for a change ;) or a dessert party..since I've got such a sweet tooth. :p But that's still months away for now. :)

I know it's been a really really long time since I've posted..but i'm up to my neck in things to do really...and this is like the first night I've been back to my room before 11pm.. So what's been up? A new year, a new term, but basically a whole load of work for hall.. the inter-hall games have started. As usual, KE's losing..but hey, guess what. We're the only hall that actually doesn't cheat. All the rest either import varsity players by paying for their stays or let someone else who needs a room stay under their names so that the athletes can play for a hall they don't even belong to.. I know at least two m2s who are playing for halls through this means. I don't know what they get out of it though.. glory? I really don't know.

Other then that, I'm emceeing for our hall play this coming Saturday and Sunday. We're putting up Fame...and I retract all previous defamatory statements I might have made..until last week I thought it was pretty bad, but after last night's full run, I've been pleasantly surprised..it's actually quite good..do come watch if you want! Tickets are at $15 and $18 but all proceed go to the Andrew and Grace Home, our charity for this year. So it'll be for a good cause!!

I've also decided start keeping a proper diary again.. unlike a blog, I can actually spill my guts out in it, and it's quite therapeutic for people like me who can't quite afford a shrink yet.. if fact, i realise that if I write about everything I felt, I would probably seem really really neurotic!! Oh..and yes, this time, I'm keeping my diary safe...it comes with a key so it can be locked and kept away from prying eyes..so I don't have to destroy it like i did with the last few. :p

Yup, and finally, prep for our Spain-Portugal trip in June is well underway but we're lookign for a 4th person!! Preferably a guy since Sirui most ungraciously ditched us...we speculate so as to be able to sit for his distiction vivas ;). So Neela, David and I are appealing for a big, strong skilled martial artist to come along and protect us girls. (And cow.) No but seriously..fun company is welcome!! Put in your applications soon!

Take marriage.

If my life had gone according to one plan, I should have been married 10 years ago and be a mother by now.

But that goal was embellished by too many dreams.

It wasn't good enough for me to just be married, but it also had to be to someone who was handsome, successful, rich, ultra-loving and at least 1.8m tall.

I had to be not just a mother, but also a happy, slim, beautiful one with a cute, intelligent, lovable and loving child, living in a palatial home and driving a really fancy car.

I had to be in a very high-powered, well-paying job and jetsetting to fancy, faraway places.
